"Our family of four, including 2 teen boys, stayed for just one night on our journey down the coast. The reviews were good and I was worried maybe some of them weren’t real. I was also a little worried about some of the noise complaints. We had a lovely stay, staff was great and the hotel room big and clean. It was simple and modern design and of reasonable quality-basically a high end look with more reasonable materials that helps keep that much space attractive and affordable. My kids played...

"Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...
