“Hotel SBA”

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and each time the stay has been enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, check -in is fast and very efficient.

“Oh, but the parking !”

This is a great hotel. European-style and situated smack in the middle of the main street with easy access to all that Santa Barbara offers. Continental breakfast was complimentary and of a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was finding the parking-lot while navigating Santa Barbara's 'unique' one-way system - ask for directions in advance of your journey. Overall, I doubt there's a better hotel in the city and excellent value for the price

“Can't wait to go back”

Hotel staff was extremely accomodating. We were scheduled to be picked up at 9:40am for a wine tasting tour and as soon as we arrived to the hotel at 9:30am they had our room ready. The standard room's are a bit small but cozy. The hotel is very unique and is located in the heart of Santa Barbara. I loved the old fashioned elevator and music that plays in the lobby. Very quiet and relaxing place that I cannot wait to re-visit!

“Fantasic hotel, central location, go whenever we're in Santa Barbara”

A very comfortable, welcoming hotel and right in the best part of town on State Street. Add it to a meal at "the Palace" for a perfect trip. can't wait to go back!

“locations great”

the hotel location was great. in the heart of everything. nice restaurants all around, nice shops, close to the wharf.The continental breakfast was good also. The only negative thing was the size of the room, however we did not spend much time there. the staff and valet people were very nice.

“Great Location”

This hotel is perfectly located in Downtown Santa Barbara. Staff is congenial, atmosphere is Spanish/"old California". Easy walking to shops and restaurants on State Street, and not far from the Wharf. The room was certainly confortable, and suprisingly quiet, even though it faced State Street. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. Parking is a bit dicey, but we parked for free about two blocks away.
