"Our room was fantastic and the view was incredible! Our room had a kitchen and a laundry room! The only negative about the room was the washing machine. It was a front loader and the rubber gasket was very dirty with mildew so I did not use it. Otherwise, the room was clean. It was a very quiet setting despite there being a lot of construction in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Used as a stop over on the way to the Rockies Beautiful hotel and guest room was very pleasant and large and very good value The hotel is a good quality and has the style of and sking resort although slightly dated still very nice! Would highly recommend "

"The parking was hard as the hotel was full and there was a conference there so there were local people there making it tough for hotel guests to find parking. That is my only complaint. "

"We enjoyed our stay. They allowed for a later check out, which was nice. When we were leaving on May 21 however, the lady working at the front desk wasn’t so friendly not like the others. The pool area is rundown and could use some maintenance and TLC."

"The rooms are large, clean and suitable for families. The location is beautiful with snow capped mountains, it is relaxing and enjoyable."

"This is certainly a gem on Okanagan Lake! Beautiful lake view, large spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you need and the pool and hot tub area was amazing. Located close to everything yet in a quiet removed spot. Beautiful walks along the beach and the adjacent nut farm. Can’t say enough about this property. We will definitely be coming back!"
