“Excellent customer service and awesome staff”

The front desk was beyond helpful for someone totally foreign to the area. I wasn't feeling good and asked for late check-out and everyone was awesome about it. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was pretty darn comfortable. I have never tried a "Sandman" before but they are true to their name, definitely conducive to a good night's sleep!

“Awesome hotel and staff”

Stuck there during a snow storm, they let us stay in our rooms until the roads were cleared, 3 hours after checkout. When i went to pay the half day, the told me that was not necessary. Great hospitality.

“Revelstoke Winter Escape”

If you are an avid skier, snowboarder, or snow mobile enthusist, then this is the place to go. Revelstoke is a great location for anyone looking for winter activities. Great resort, and a great little town for after hours hanging out.

“Good Revelstoke Ski and Stay Hotel”

Skied at Revelstoke which although is at other end of town is still only 15 minutes away. Price for hotel was comparatively inexpensive to staying on the ski hill which was $276/night. Hotel was close to Tim Horton's and local town restaurants so eating was not a problem. Stayed 3 nights. Used hot tub and pool which were clean and warm. Hotel was quiet and clean.

“not worth it, never going back here...”

Room was clean and bigger than ordinary which is expected for a rate that`s almost twice than the other hotels in the area. Breakfast is not included, and believe it or not, no coffee maker in the room at all! They only have coffee to go in the lobby which they did not even mention upon check-in.... You`ll find find lots of better value hotel rooms in the area...

“The Employee's were great! Great service!”
