Front desk receptionist was rude and actually lied to my daughter about the ability to extend her stay, saying no rooms available… and I was able to rebook it on Expedia for the exact room. Management handled it very poorly and I will be addressing them separately. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered dealing with a hotel

I loved all your unique signs like "Flight Simulator" on the elevator door & ducks, made me smile. The property is a little worn but well kept, the reason I'm not giving full 5 stars is both the sink tap & shower tap were EXTREMELY hard to turn on, the shower in particular I thought I was going to pull the handle off the wall trying to turn the water on. I did try to contact the front desk twice about it but there was no answer.

The room was clean and the location was good, but the toilet didn’t flush properly and was leaking from the tank. Unfortunately, the bed was so extremely uncomfortable that I had a hard time sleeping and when I did fall asleep, I woke up with severe back pain. It is a very noisy property. Between the numerous staff conversations that took place directly outside my door which sounded like they were standing right beside me, to the housekeeping cart that went by my door 6 times in an hour that sounded like a thunderstorm each time, there was very little peace and relaxation to be had. Would not stay here again.
