"We had a great time during our stay at The Local. The coffee machine and pool are specifically on point! The location was fantastic and being able to rent bikes was convenient and a highlight of our trip. My only critiques would be to have more hangers available or a clothesline for wet swimsuits, and possibly some sort of blackout shade for the windows because they let in a lot of light at night. I appreciated the amazing customer service for the questions I had during and after our stay....

"Nice hotel, about a 1/2-3/4? mile walk from the fort. Probably a little quieter than places in the town center, which is nice. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee in room & fridge. No microwaves in room. Nice gym with hand weights, an elliptical machine, and a treadmill. Handcarts available to take baggage up to the room. I didn't try breakfast. Bonus: parking garage under the hotel (limited spaces, but nice to have a covered option for parking.) My room was a standard two queen room. June...
