"Overall the property was fine. However, the place is very bare bones. Towels and linens are worn, hand soap is provided (but bring everything else-including toilet paper). The outside balcony looks over brown grass and an old gas tank. You can see the neighbors swimming. You do get a small slice of the ocean between the houses. "Our family enjoyed this sweet space! The location was fantastic! Far enough from the chaos of the more crowded areas but still close and convenient to everything - we couldn't believe how perfect the location was! The house itself is set up very nice, well stocked and felt like home away from home for all of us! The pool was a welcome space to lounge at, as are the front and back deck areas. "10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to historic Saint Augustine and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners!
