"After i spent time reading reviews i had low expectations. But vacasa must have taken the feedback and improved a few things because i thought the property was terrific! The house was very clean. It is decorated in a cute, beachy theme. It is the perfect size for 5 or 6 people. There is nothing wrong with the stairs and i didn’t encounter any bees like another reviewer. The kitchen is stocked with more than adequate dinnerware, utensils, large plastic cups with lids and straws to use at the pool, even salt and sweeteners for your coffee. I thought there was plenty cleaning supplies as opposed to another reviewer. It is a super easy walk to the beach. You have to cross a1a, but it is only two lane at this spot and there is an electronic crosswalk sign to make it easy and safe. There are a couple beach chairs and a cart to take to the beach. The beds are very comfortable- even the bottom mattress of the bunk beds (i didn’t sleep on the top one). A/c worked great, as did wifi. The pool is perfect. It’s true a little grass does get in it after the lawn service mows on thursdays, but it is very easy to use the pool skimmer to get it out in 2 minutes tops. When we contacted the management company via text we received immediate answers. Maybe other folks had a different experience than we did - but we couldn’t think of any constructive criticism- it’s just a great place!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our questions about light switches and the issue was taken care of the next day. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to historic Saint Augustine and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners! Super nice people. If we are ever looking to stay in St. Augustine again, we will definitely see if this property is available."

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

"We had a great time for a month in this house. The location could not be better! 100 yards to the ocean, a huge beach with powdery sand, no traffic, just a lovely time. We could not find the garage opener and the realtor had one there 2 days later! We loved checking on the tortoises every day. We highly recommend Althea’s beach house and Sunshine realty."
