"What a relaxing stay!!!! Loved where the property is located. Easy walk to beach. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive or bike ride to many places. The yard is fenced in. The covered deck and pool/patio area is perfect for relaxing. Fire pit and all charcoal grill. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The owner was quick to respond. E"

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

"This house worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 4 children as each family had their own bedroom and privacy. Having 2 kitchens and living space was especially nice for early morning risers! The pool and hot spa were amazing and so nice to have when not at the beach, which was also so conveniently in short walking distance. The sunrises from the deck or kitchen windows were beautiful and having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was very peaceful and a great way to start the day....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our questions about light switches and the issue was taken care of the next day. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to historic Saint Augustine and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners! Super nice people. If we are ever looking to stay in St. Augustine again, we will definitely see if this property is...

"A great location and the beach was less crowded from this neighborhood. The outdoor deck and yard was great space to hang out. Inside was nice as well and plenty of space to sleep. The only complaint is the bunk room is small and outside access only. Angel was a pleasure and allowed an early check in which was real helpful. I would stay here again."

"This house was great for gathering the whole family together. Big spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as five bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. There were also 3 deck areas where we could relax and a pool area with lots of loungers. The front deck has a nice view of the ocean and the beach access is just down the road. Last but not least, the house was very well provisioned. Lots of towels, dishes, cookware, and beach toys. It was a great house for a family beach vacation!"
