Great breakfast deal, and very comfortable beds. Old-fashioned, homey, nothing fancy. The longer we stayed the more we liked it.

"Best Hotel I've Ever Stayed In for a Decent Price"
My fiance and I rarely stay in hotels when we travel, and when we do stay in a hotel, we always go cheap yet decent. For this vacation we decided to go a bit out of our normal price range (not by much, though) and we decided to stay in the Billings Kelly Inn. The staff were more than accommodating, the room was spotless, the furniture appeared to be brand new and rarely used, the set up was spacious, and the bed was more than comfortable (I slept my best since I don't know when). The only complaint I have is so insignificant, but I would like to let others know anyways. The TV does not have a channel guide for easy use; if you're new to the town, it'd be a brilliant convenience. I would also like to add that even though I'm a smoker, it was nice to have an all non-smoking hotel. My fiance and I weren't in the hotel long enough to use the pool, but the complimentary breakfast was just fantastic. If we travel through again, we will definitely stay again!

rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Not enough wifi servers to accommodate guests properly. Breakfast ended unreasonably early and was less than average in selection and quality

"Nice rooms, but....."
The rooms are very nice, clean and pretty well designed and decorated but the lobby area is cold detached. The staff for the most part are also detached from their main goal, which is great customer service and a pleasant attitude. The staff also seem to know nothing about the Billings experience, what is good or bad about Billings and cannot answer basic questions that a visiting tourist or businessman may need answers to.
