"Great location, very near to the Salzburg center, great staff, at the reception and in the restaurant, sorry dont remember their names. the girl at the reception was very forthcoming with eating out options and suggestions for visiting different places , truly recommended "

"I recommend doing research before coming here. If you do not have a car, it will be hard for you to travel up to the hotel, if you do not like to walk. The restaurant is not open everyday. The spa was closed when we were there. The view is amazing and it’s quiet. It’s an old style hotel and it has a lot of history. If you are used to 5 star hotels like the Ritz, don’t come here. "
