"We had purchased tickets to for an exhibition, we were advised to go to reception to pay for the tickets. After waiting in line for a while, advised reception we were there to pay for the tickets. The person we dealt with had no idea, or perhaps did not understand, but she sent us back to the concierge, who ended up resolving payment "

"The hotel was great location, Expedia says it is 8 minutes walk to Haram, but it is only 3 minutes to the Haram gate as there is a shortcut through the back entry. We had many questions regarding Umrah and Haramain train issues and the concierge desk was always there to help me and my family, specifically Rayan and Sulaiman were top notch! "

"Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. "Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....
