The second room we got was arguably worse in several ways, but we didn’t complain bc we figured changing rooms again would probably not work out for us. The staff was super nice, especially the cleaning ladies and the staff in the bar area. It’s just an aging hotel that needs a renovation, frankly. The price was good but I’ve been in better hotels for the same price. "
