"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

We had questions about getting around Milan and he explained the metro app and how the metro lines work, which made it very easy to travel around Milan. "The Good: Clean, wifi, aircon and it’s a safe place, local supermarket is very close (Pam local), metro is very close. Clean sheets and towel and everyday. "It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly."
