"The room, toilet and cleanliness was on par with that of a good to excellent hotel. The room was also very quiet with no road or pedestrian noises. The location was fantastic being near to the trains, metro, trams and 10-15 min walk to the Duomo. The surrounding area of the Sforzesci castle gave it a very pleasant vibe. "This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"Very hard to communicate with host about check in details. Was okay once we arrive. Walls are super thin, very loud; could hear neighbours, the street, and the elevator. Could use some updating but was overall clean. Definitely unique property "

"Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "I highly recommend this place. The stay was very relaxing : the hotel is clean and surrounded by nature, they serve good food and the staff are very friendly. The only problem is it's a little bit far, but there is buses to go and come back from Milan each half hour, unless the guest rented a car. Central park B&B is great for you to relax and escape from the city stress while being 10 minutes away from the city wild life that you can visit anytime you want. "
