"This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth. Staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very modern and clean. The beds were made and the towels changed every day. Complimentary coffee and water in the mini fridge. "Ok for its price, clean bed and toilet - also ok. But the rooms isn’t so repaired, it’s a bit cold and you can hear all the noises from other rooms. It takes 30 mins by tram to the city centre."

"Really easy to locate from milano centrale station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very helpful staff when on site. Breakfast was a little box of treats containing a fresh juice, croissant, cheese, Nutella, jams fruits and some bread which was more than adequate for a start to the day.
