"Convenient location"
The first room did not have adequate wifi nor ac The two ladies on shift June 21 spent a considerable amount of time getting us set in a room that delivered both needs. We were specific about internet needs before check in as we had an unresolved problem with the competition Travel loge during our last stay in KIngston which necessitated an early paid exit. The young lady on shift on the 22nd gave us the day rate for our second day as we left not staying the night. This was a decision based upon a personal situation nothing to do with the hotel nor the staff.

"our stay"
The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean in all areas....close to restaurants and a bit of shopping... however, the dining area was small and cramped.....not sure why they have a pool table in the dining area...they cover it and put the food out on it at breakfast... All in all, we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

"A very good value...check prices for the extras"
We were very impressed with the quality of the room we stayed in at the Gananoque Provincial Inns. We were in the 300 block and the room was huge and nicely furnished with very high ceilings. The beds were comfortable and everything was very tidy and clean. The room was equipped with a small fridge. The hotel was about a five minute drive from the centre of town. The staff were very friendly. A couple of negative points: we arrived two hours before check in time and were told that the room would be available about an hour later, but when we came back it still wasn't ready. We were still in our room by the official check in time, so that's fine, but it would have been better if the staff either hadn't told us we could come back early, or had organised the cleaning of the rooms to take into account that we'd already checked in (when we came back the cleaning staff were working on a different room in the same block and we ended up being switched to that room). The second point is that a charge was added to our bill for having a rollaway bed placed in the room. We booked through Expedia and on the hotel page it lists "rollaway/extra beds available" but does not mention that there is a charge for this service. When we checked in the staff confirmed that we wanted the bed, but didn't check whether we knew about the charge. This was a bit of a sour note, but the price we paid was still an excellent for the quality of the room.

"Comfortable and Cozy"
We stayed here one night on a road trip and found the hotel to be very relaxing after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable, large, and cozy with a fireplace, sofa, and king bed. The bathroom was nice with some updated finishes. We received breakfast vouchers for a well stocked hot and cold breakfast at the restaurant conjoined with the hotel. The location was easily accessible and in a good part of town.
