"The Guatemalan decor and ambience was nice. Location was good but the access was poor. No on-site parking, as the hotel is down a narrow alley. Had to pay extra for parking. Also, even though they accepted credit cards, they wanted a 7% surcharge! Nowhere else in Guatemala have I experienced this."
