"This day wasn't that great it says it has a pool and hot tub which yes has been remodeled but it has not been cleared by the city so you cannot use them and they are also remodeling the rooms due to the new ownership I believe and my room that they put me in microwave didn't work."

"Everything was good, except...I chose your property because it had a hot tub, the pool was excellent, clean and clear, the hot tub was another story entirely, cloudy, dirty looking water with trash floating in it. Obviously we didn't use it."
