Great location, direct access to Minatomirai Station. Walking distance to many major attractions & museums (Cup Noddles, Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, Yokohama Cosmo World, Yokohama World Porters and many more). Nice harbour view, staffs are helpful, friendly and professional. Strongly recommend this hotel, for sure will return.

This is an extraordinary hotel. Steps from the waterfront and Chinatown. Outstanding staff members at front deck, bellstaff and restaurants
We would return to the Hyall Yokohama in a heartbeat. I would rather stay here than in Tokyoand use the marvelous trains.

Very modern clean property. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and were able to communicate well enough in English, which we very much appreciated. Chinatown is just a few minutes' walk away,as is the Redbrick Building, which is old warehouses turned into shopping and restaurants. The Cup Noodle Museum is also that close; unfortunately it was closed the day we planned to go (Tuesday). There is a train station entry right outside the hotel entrance. Well situated on the Yokohama waterfront across from Yamashita Park. Helpful and attentive staff. We had stayed there previously and our return there met every expectation. Highly recommended.

Très bel hôtel. Personnel professionnel et dévoué. Très propre! Très grand choix de mets pour le petit déjeuner à prix très abordable. Excellent emplacement près du Stade. Tous les sites à visiter sont accessibles à la marche. Je recommande fortement.

room lighting is odd as the master switch at the door cut off all the electricity for lights except the toilet.
loved the pajamas.
buffet had good selection for vegans.
would like more choice in red wines.

While the hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, once you step inside the facility, there is a sense of calmness. You are made to feel safe and relaxed. We used their sauna while we were there. It was a relaxing private experience. We really enjoyed it. The staff went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. It was like going to a spa. Our room was spacious for our family of four. Besides two large beds, there was a sitting area with a sofa and a coffee station. There was no...

Good location right above subway line. Shop until you drop. A lot of good restaurants. I specifically like Compass buffet restaurant. Hotel room is clean and cozy. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and rebooking this hotel on my next visit.
