This is a one of a kind outstanding boutique hotel. The building and grounds are impeccable and first class. Service was friendly and discreet. You are surrounded by trees and a river runs around over half the property. The library with wood burning fire place is ideal for a before or after dinner drink. If you ever find yourself within 200km of this place, detour and spend a few days relaxing at this sanctuary.

Hotel Arse was amazing! The hotel is immaculate and well taken care of, quaint with the best host ever. The owner went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and supported on our journey. His humour brought a smile to our faces dispose a gruelling day!! The little extras in the room were thoughtful and breakfast was top notch! Loved our stay!!

Wonderful check in staff; great clean room with excellent shower. The buffet dinner was very good and the serving lady was very friendly and polite.

Really like this hotel. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Rooms comfortable, good size and clean. Also about 100 meters from the cathedral. Couldn’t ask for more.

Staff friendly and helpful Well clean and organized

I will definitely stay here again. It’s clean, very close to the cathedral, to restaurants and shops, close to everything. The room has a good space for our luggage. The bed is good. Washroom is clean. Mary was so friendly and helped our check-in very smoothly.

A beautiful place to stay for a few nights and explore close by Riviera Sacra amazing places. Rooms are small, but very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing I didn’t like is the requirement of the reservations for breakfast ( we were informed about this by staff, but still it is a place to relax). We only needed a coffee and tostada. They should be able to accommodate this without a reservation.

Easily found when driving into the city, public parking is available and convenient. The staff were excellent, and all tried very hard to accomodate in English, as our Spanish is very poor. They were helpful with maps and directions as well. It is well located to walk to the Cathedral and old part of the city. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable.
