Everything about this resort is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere, the service, the food. The team meets your needs before you even know you need something. It was wonderful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at White Shell Beach Villas. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and helpful attitude. The (top floor) suite we had was large and beautiful. The location was a very short walking distance to the beach and a stone's throw from the main strip with many restaurants and shops. Parking was reasonable but be aware it's limited/ tight and you have to leave your keys with them so other folks don't get blocked in, we had a rental so it didn't matter to us. If you need to leave early (before 8am ) make sure to let the staff know as the desk is only there for about 12h or so. The stay was...

A true luxury experience. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The views from the room, restaurants, and Sky Bar are absolutely breathtaking. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet - a perfect place to watch the sun rise. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location was a perfect distance to walk to town, and for our hiking and kayaking excursions. Parking was ample and easy to access. If you are lucky you will be greeted by Ricardo who shared a wealth of local tips.

This is an incredibly beautiful resort with professional, friendly staff. The resort was 90% full when we were there and yet, it was still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

Check in was a bit of a wait due to an issue with the guest before us, but after this point on, our stay was perfect. The apartment is so clean and has every possible home comfort you could want while on vacation. There was also daily cleaning which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Roads near by are small and the restaurant is too expensive. However. The rooms, staff, pool and included breakfast are 10/10 a must stay. Eat dinner and lunch elsewhere and plan your route into town.

Felt like a resort. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner options were good. Swimming pool was really nice but cool (not heated). However they have a smaller heated pool as an option. Very nice property. Room and beds were very comfortable. Great value! Highly recommend this hotel.

I would book there again, Staff were friendly and did accommodate us when we wanted the exercise room opened a few minutes early than posted. Some equipment could use a refresh. The rooms were well-kept and clean and the AC worked fine. The breakfast was fresh with a broad range of options. The view over the shoreline are great and there is a little beach nearby (although not really usable due to the seaweed this year). With 3 pools there is room for everyone and there are different areas...

Hotel was good for the price we paid. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Parking was included.

The customer service was excellent and I loved the aesthetic of the resort! On top of that the room was lovely and tidy and all the people working at the resort were very friendly. Would recommend!

Very helpful staff especially on our late arrival. Our stay was short but we would go there again for an extended stay. Quiet, comfortable, great internet. Accessible easily to the area - shopping , beaches, restaurants, culture- by car and some walkable areas. Great pool.

Nice lodging units. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. The exteriors looks amazing. The interiors are awesome. The kitchen had everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The pool looked amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Many people were in resort for long stay and repeated customers. They had their own restaurant but were not far away from downtown full of restaurants and shopping.
