Everything about this resort is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere, the service, the food. The team meets your needs before you even know you need something. It was wonderful!

When we arrived at the hotel we were in distress as we had been robbed on the train from Lisbon to Albufeira. The hotel staff immediately set out to assist us by calling the police (the train station just ignored us when we told them what happened..). One of their staff, Marta, drove us to the police station and acted as an interrupter. She spent 2 hours with us completing the report. Marta continued to go out of her way to help us the balance of our stay by recommending amazing restaurants...

Very friendly staff, beautiful new clean rooms, amazing pool area with a million dollar view, perfect location close to everything yet very peaceful while on the property, i highly recommend the Villas D'água

We had a truly wonderful stay at White Shell Beach Villas. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and helpful attitude. Our villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is an incredibly beautiful resort with professional, friendly staff. The resort was 90% full when we were there and yet, it was still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

All the staff were very helpful and kind and polite all the time . The lady at the front desk was specially, Marianne . Thanks a lot our vacation were better with them

Amazing resort!

Absolutely beautiful property and hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant both at the resort and sister resort were fantastic. Only negative thing I can say is the pool which is beautiful was to cold. The ocean was warmer than the pool.

Andre and his team were excellent, the facility is first class and the food was excellent. The venue is very nice with three separate pools and beach access. We rented kayaks from the vendors in the beach to explore the caves…

This hotel was beautiful! The pool was great & the room was very nice as well.

Golden Beach is very clean, great condition. Our one bedroom unit was very spacious and well equipped. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Just a short walk down the hill to Oura beach and the facilities there. Also a short uphill walk to "the strip" for those interested in what it has to offer. A longer walk to the old town of Albugfiera however bus and tuk tuks are plentiful.

Arrived Christmas day at my 4th airport then transfer to the hotel arriving around 5:30 PM to be greeted by Diago. Not only was he efficient, spoke good English but as an extra bonus he is very good looking. I had left home on the 24th and was exceedingly tired. Check in was quick and easy and my room spacious and clean. Went to the hotel restaurant and had an excellent dinner with a bottle of wine for approximately 35 euros. Really enjoyed my stay here. Straight on the beach with a beautiful indoor pool, the hotel staff is always happy to help and even offered us a few nice little perks. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast and parking included are good value!
