This hotel was beautiful! It was a truly luxurious experience, and we had the best sleep of our vacation. The bed was absolutely perfect, soft sheets, perfect pillows and the duvet was the perfect weight. Location couldn't be beat, and if we ever find ourselves back in Andorra, we'll be staying here without question. Great stay in a beautiful chalet on the mountain. Rushing waterfall outside created a peaceful white noise for quiet. Great staff and wonderful dinners.

High class hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Every small detail seems to have been looked at. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but chill air from outside and a fan did it well. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Restaurant for evening meals was excellent from starters to desserts. Staff was helpful and offered service in many languages. Quite professional service, although a bit cold.

Reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for exploring Andorra. Walkable city, lots of shopping and some food options. Caldera spa is a must.

This is a marvelous hotel. The location is terrific, the architecture and design create a space both open and cozy, the rooms are well-appointed, clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is magnificent - we had eight dishes over two days, each of them excellent. Great stay in Andorra! This hotel was a quick 10 min walk from the bus station along the river path and was easy to find. The location has many restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute walk. The hotel and the room were very clean and great condition. The hotel staff was very friendly and I felt very safe staying here. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The sauna is awesome with the great view.
