Amazing hospitality

Phi is amazing and very helpful

Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was only body wash (no shampoo) but all in all, a nice set up. Bar was excellent with friendly staff and a great feature drink.

Loved the historic area!! So close to all the sights! The lady that welcomed us was great!! Although when asked, one staff lady told us there was no Bolt service in Germany and she would call us a taxi. We had been using Bolt in Germany for two weeks, and even Hamburg had the service. Did not have the breakfast so NA. Cleanliness was great but some shower tiles had mold that concerned me. Overall I loved the stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!!

Friendly helpful service. Great location comfortable bed and shower. Plus excellent self serve breakfast. Best ever.

Perfect location, walkable to everything including the train station, and great hotel overall with friendly and attentive staff.

We stayed at Fraser suits for 2 nights. It’s a very beautiful historic building with renovated rooms while keeping the charm & characteristics of what it has been before. Our room was very clean and spacious with sufficient kitchen ware for a proper week-long stay (which we didn’t need to use as we were out for all the time). Beautiful classic European comfort

We like the toiletries product used in the hotel

Clean, quiet, newly renovated and large rooms with good internet service

Clean room, great view of the canal, staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful lounge area and one of the best Hugo Spritz I’ve had so far.

Greatly located near the train station. Good size room. Excellent breakfast. Corridors feel a bit outdated.

Excellent location in historic neighborhood of Hamburg. Walkable to all areas of the central city. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Bel endroit Bien situé Excellent déjeuner 10/10 Bon service , très aimable

Amazing location and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here, we arrived Saturday afternoon and we are not used to stores being closed on Sundays. A quick mention from the staff at check in would be helpful as we would have gone straight to the grocery store across the street. It is safe and convenient location. Parking is expensive, but also convenient.
