Our condo was clean and well stocked. They provided door codes prior to us arriving, so checking in after office hours was very easy.

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

Hibisco was lovely! Building seems super new, we had the ground floor suite and it was like a little apartment with a full kitchen and everything we needed. Super clean, excellent AC, comfy bed. Small but refreshing pool. Jennifer and Jake were SO helpful (even when they weren’t in office, they responded via WhatsApp) to help us fix a problem with the safe, and to organize us a snorkeling tour on a holiday when everyone else was closed, and get us a golf cart delivered. Stayed 6 nights with two teens. The room was fantastic, beds comfy, breakfast AMAZING, hammocks on the beach, paddleboards, kayaks, pool - quiet and laid back but only a short 20 min. golf cart ride to Placencia. We will be back!

I was travelling solo to Belize from Canada. I had a couple days to spare before heading to a conference on the island of Belize so I decided to stay at this gem close to the airport so I could explore the area a bit. The management and staff are spectacular and the grounds are beautiful. They really went above and beyond to take care of their guests and we couldn't have had a better experience. Great stay, would recommend.

Amazing property, which was exceptionally clean and modern and the hospitality upon arrival and the complimentary coconut bread made it the perfect stay.

Everything was amazing and the property was a “once in a lifetime” experience, but on checking out an expensive fishing rod that I had checked in to the front desk had been broken by a staff member I would think inadvertently and the general manager made no attempt to contribute to its replacement, but did make a weak attempt to dismiss his staffs culpability in said matter. For this reason and this reason only we will not be going back ever again.

This was a lovely place to stay - having a cabana right on the beach meant waking up to the sunrise with waves lapping the shore. The Bistro is exceptional. Dee and Marlin were super helpful in making sure all of our days tours were organized - making the most of our ten days! This accommodation is quite far away from the main village so you need to choose it if you are looking for somewhere away from the busy areas - we felt like we were totally able to decompress so it was perfect for us!

This property is absolutely excellent. The staff are friendly and supportive, every amenity has been thought of and the grounds are beautiful. An amazing stay that I’d recommend highly to anyone.

My husband and I stayed at Ramon's Village for 4 nights. We stayed in a seaside king room, upper floor. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were fabulous. Definitely go on the snorkeling tour to Hol Chan an Shark Ray Alley with the Ramon crew. An amazing experience with very knowledgeable staff. We will definitely go back!

Staff (Larry, Elvin, David, et al.) were incredibly friendly, food was amazing, the property was beautiful and entertaining on its own, with the plants and wildlife. We had a wonderful stay.

We were treated great from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a great variety of plants, the entire site is raked to clean up fallen leaves almost daily. The rooms are well maintained and spotless, beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet beach, hammocks and pool a great deal.
