Great location, room was clean and even had a computer desk. It.is very close to the bus stop for Maccu Picchu. I was abke to leave my bags while I did the tour and pick them up after. They even gave me a little welcome gift with snacks. I was on the alley side and could hear dogs barking in the alley late at night because the windows are single pane. Would stay again.

Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable.

Amazing service, the employees are great people. My only comment is about the pictures of the room with balcony to enjoy the river. The balcony is very small and not comfortable. My expectation in regards of seating in the balcony to enjoy the outdoor couldn’t happen . The breakfast is excellent and the care of employees is above expectations.

From staff awaiting our arrival at the train station to attend to our luggage to the amuse bouche upon our arrival at the hotel...I could go on...through and through, highly pleasurable experience.

You cannot beat the location. You can go in and out of Machu Picchu and go to your hotel for a break/drinks. Get the all inclusive package if you like to eat and drink. You can also be the first one at the gate for the early morning sunrise without taking extra 30 minutes bus ride from the town.

Nice hotel with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty. The room was clean and spacious with a large bed. Nice hot shower with strong water pressure. Great location, close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and options to eat.
Only troubles: there was construction going on right in front of the hotel, so if your room is facing that direction you will hear the noise during the day. Also the windows aren’t soundproof so you can hear everyone...

Amazing stay there with my 13 years old son ! Our room was big, clean and comfy, staff was amazingly kind and attentive. Breakfast was probably the best we had in a month stay in hotels in Peru. We almost didn’t stay here because of few negatives reviews, but honestly I’m so glad we stayed here. It is a little in the high part of the city, but close to many good restaurants and close to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Definitely recommend staying here 😊

Great place to stay. Was too bad we were only there one night. Two or more would have been better.
Only one thing I would want others to know, the hot springs they have are not “hot”. I’m used to hot tubs so hearing hot springs was a bonus, but wasn’t hot.
Other than that, would certainly recommend.

We had a beautiful, large, clean room. We had washcloths, also, which were greatly appreciated as it was only the second hotel that offered this in their bathroom supplies in our four-week stay in Peru. We had asked for a room with a view. The view was disappointing as the internet advertising gives you a totally different impression. Our area was quiet. We did not have a chance to try the breakfast buffet since we left before it was served to go by bus to Machu Picchu. The staff did prepare us...

Property was amazing. Staff were great, and super friendly. Theyre english was really good!
The rooms were really nice. Clean, and even had north American plugs which was a plus.
Our room over looked the river. Beautiful view, and created some white noise when sleeping.

The hotel is located 5 minutes off the main busy street, besides a river so you get that “retreat” vibe. Hotel owner was very friendly and always check up on you to make your stay comfortable. Clean room and nice lounge area to relax with coffee and tea overlooking the river and mountain is really nothing I can get better with.
Because it’s off the Main Street so it is quiet and not getting the constant traffic when it’s peak time for tourist buses to get people to the train station. And it’s...

Hotel situé dans une ruelle avec des marches. Pas évident à trouver mais nous avons demandé et nous avons eu de l’aide. Un coup rendu c’est un très bel endroit. La ville est agitée mais ça se calme plus tard. Lit confortable.

Can't recommend this place enough! We stayed for a night, left really early in the morning to make it in time for Machu Picchu, and returned to collect our luggage in the afternoon before our train back to Cusco (they will have breakfast ready for you in the morning and store your luggage free of charge).
