Great location for walking around the city. The valet and front desk staff were not very friendly and almost acted like it was a problem they had to check me. I stood at the valet desk for 10-15 mins before someone acknowledged I was there. The bar tender was amazing and very sweet and helpful. The food was not good. The room was strange. I purchased a premium room but it didn’t seem like it was premium. The sink for the bathroom was in the actual bedroom instead of the bathroom. We couldn’t watch Netflix or any other streaming service on the TV and couldn’t cast from our phones to the TV. Over all it was okay just because the location was good. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This is our second stay at Hotel Bardo. It was lovely. My only complaint would be that the last day that we were there we were out most of the morning into the afternoon & at 3:00 we returned to rest & shower for an early business dinner & the maid was first getting to our room, so we didn't have our room cleaned or made up.

Resort fees were ridiculous. No amenities to call it a resort.

Staff is phenomenal from valet to front desk to Two Bit Club to managers and general manager. Rooms are beautifully appointed and immaculate.

Very beautiful hotel with stunning aritecture! There are numerous restaurants on site as well as being within walking distance to other eateries and activities. All staff as well as the valet attendants were very attentive and EXTREMELY nice. The room itself was amazing and the bed was soooooo cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

Room and hotel were exceptional

Staff wasn’t responsive to calls to the front desk, not great room service or housekeeping. A bit overhyped and overpriced
