We really enjoyed our stay. Good location for day trips in the region. One small suggestion...dish washing liquid 😉 Would highly recommend staying here

Great location? Nice pools, spacious rooms. Not quite top marks though as facilities starting to look a bit tired / worn out. Needs a refurb to be truly 5 star.

It was brilliant being in such a large complex and having constant availability to the shuttle buses. They made it so easy to get around and even the drivers opening the door for you was amazing.

We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. Unfortunately the maids had left for the day so they put us in a nice beach front hotel room for the night but it was a bit inconvient as we had to pack up and move the the villa the next day. Overall the resort is probably the best in Sagres though there aren’t many resorts there besides Memmo bailers. The property is really huge and a mix of houses you can rent, villas with kitchens and regular hotel rooms. There are a lot of amenities and the property is geared for young families ( our 6 and 8 year old were older than most of the kids). The property is “beach front” but you would still need to walk at least 3-5 minutes to the beach from the closest rooms and if you are at the back like we were it will be 10-15 minutes down a slight hill (and up on the way back). The pools were really nice and property grounds clean and maintained. Spa was nice, tennis courts, small mini golf, some trampolines for kids (some cost money) and the beach view was beautiful. We went to the restaurants and the food was good.

Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is the best you can find in hotels like this. With 5 minutes walking, you can find shops, restaurants, hairdressers, mini markets and much more. Small town, but very quiet and the views of cliffs and beaches are beautiful. The pool outside is amazing. I really recommend this hotel.

Over crowded. Undedmaintained. Breakfast usually stale. Espresso and coffee machines constantly broken at breakfast. So cold milk in cappuccinos. Mediocre at best.
