Mid-Atlantic Waterpark Vacations

property needs a good cleaning on outside- windows have cobwebs, spiders, wasps.... outside of building and walkways look dirty, dusty. room itself was in good condition and clean. we were impressed by the size of the 2 queen suite we booked. definitely feels like a convention center. downside is when we arrived free cookies were already gone, although we did get some upon checkout. front desk staff did look unkempt with stained shirt. new staff starting did not have uniform yet. If you want a place where you can calmly sleep in cleanliness, we suggest this place.

Very cool place for kids, very family oriented, staff were amazing.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, and we had an amazing view of the falls, which made our trip even more special. The only issue we experienced was with the bathroom faucet—it repeatedly malfunctioned and would not turn off. When it happened around 11:30 p.m., there was no maintenance staff available to send. Thankfully, my husband was able to take it apart and get the water turned off temporarily. I called the front desk afterward to let them know and mentioned that we would be checking out the next day, so they could make a note to have it repaired before the next guests arrived. Unfortunately, despite that conversation, we were awakened at 7:00 a.m. by someone arriving to fix it. Aside from that inconvenience, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful accommodations and location.

Everything was very clean including the pool. There is no hot tub FYI. Breakfast was basic but good. Cookies in the evening from the lobby made the kids (and me) excited every time we went in and out of there. The coffee was AWESOME. normally hotel coffee is mediocre but I drank way more than probably healthy as it was so good! Always free in the lobby too. Room was clean and comfortable. Towels were a little rough but sheets, beds, and pillows were soft. Everything was within walking distance which was perfect. We ended up walking 10miles a day on average. It was a great hotel stay and the staff were so nice. 5/5 would stay again.
