The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

There are several food options inside the hotel, as well as a restaurant right next door. You can walk to the center of Brussels in about 20 minutes, and the area felt safe. Unfortunately, I left behind a pair of emerald and diamond earrings. I know I left them in the bathroom because I took them off before taking a shower. I called the hotel afterward and asked if they could please check and return them to me, but sadly, they were never found. This was especially upsetting because the earrings were an anniversary gift from my husband and had a lot of sentimental value to me. Other than this unfortunate experience, the hotel itself was good and convenient, particularly for families traveling with children.

We stayed there for 3 nights.This hotel has great location since its waking distance from the Train station and the city center. However it's vintage in terms of everything needs to be updated or renovated. You feel the shower heads, plumbing, walls everything is old and could use some replacement or renovation. Our safe was not working, we informed the staff to fix it but nothing was done unfortunately, it was still not working until our last day. The head shower was leaking and water can definitely inondate the floor if you are not careful as there is half separation to the tub. The faucet were not working properly. You can definitely hear everything from the neighboring rooms, no privacy what's over. Would I stay there again here probably no as I don't feel it level up to a 4 Star hotel to be honest.

A beautiful, small hotel in the quiet south of Antwerp that felt like a luxurious escape during traveling. The rooms are so cozy and well stocked with amenities and thoughtful touches that did not go missed. The staff is truly outstanding in their hospitality, support, friendliness, and knowledge. Truly a great, memorable experience all around.
