El desayuno muy rico, muy buena ubicación, la habitación en lo personal me gustó muy amplia y limpia, solamente que el olor a humedad me afectó mucho las alergias, estuvimos en la habitación Termal y la piscina privada fue muy buena solamente que me hubiera gustado un poco menos hirviendo el agua, no podíamos mantenernos más de 30min dentro por lo caliente

Probably the best vacation we have ever had largely because of this location, quality of the room, and the exceptional service. Restaurant was amazing.

This is my second visit to the hotel. The first time, I was only there for two days and always wanted to come back. The hotel is magnificent, the villas are beautifully located in the jungle. Everything is perfectly clean. The view of the mountains and the city from the hotel is stunning! It's paradise! The staff is highly qualified, very polite, and pleasant. I'd especially like to mention the spa. Absolute rest, relaxation, and pleasure! Thank you so much to the manager SPA, Lucy. I also want to highlight the professionalism and skillful hands of Irena and Deymi, who performed various treatments for me! You girls are the best! I have had the opportunity to lie down and relax so much! I will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel—it's paradise.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing.

Thank you Paula she gave us the best condo there. The views were beautiful all around. Will definitely be back loved Costa Rica Jaco.

From the moment we got to the hotel until we left, the staff were wonderful. My family and I were greeted with freshly made juice blend that was delicious and our bags were taken to our room. We booked activities prior to arriving but wish we hadn’t because they help you with all of that as well, which includes transportation to and from the hotel. I highly recommend the night walk and zip line activities. We had to leave early in the morning due to an early afternoon flight out of San Jose, and they even packed us. Breakfast to go for that as well. My wife and I are looking forward to coming back as this was a very peaceful place. We took our six year old daughter and she loved it as well. It rained the entire time we were there but it does say cloud forest after all, so in a way, that was expected. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Had a great time with the family inc young kids. Lots of pool time and beautiful views of the volcano. It rained a lot, as expected, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves at all. We kept most of the activities to the AM and hung around the property in the PM.

The rainbow suite was amazing, great privacy with a nice garden view and a private pool. The rooms were large and had great amenities. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
