Western Bologna Ski Vacations

The room was clean but the shower water never got hot only luke warm. Mostly cold.

Not very good location and room are not in good hygiene standards. Bathroom is big but no fan and poor condition.

The staff were brilliant -Sandro at breakfast and Maria Sara on reception, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Probably some others as well but I didn’t get the names. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly, and we appreciated the overall style of the hotel, although it felt somewhat worn and dated. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was nice and spacious. However, we missed having basic amenities such as coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. There was also no minibar, even though a fridge was available. At breakfast, we would have appreciated the option of sparkling wine. Overall, the experience did not match what we would expect from a five-star hotel—it felt more like a three-star hotel at best.

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

Most modern hotel that I’ve found in the Bologna area, staff are excellent

Air conditioning not functional in our room, after bringing it up to the staff someone arrived 5hrs later to reset the electrical, which did not resolve the issue. We asked the staff to switch rooms, they mentioned they would check if the had anything available and never contacted us again.
