Amazing very stylish villa very well décoratif and amazing views over Christ the Redeemeer and Rio bay. Great breakfast and extra services avalaible such as a masseur. The only issue we had is that the property is not serviced 24hrs so it was a bit complicated accessing the property or leaving it.

Second floor apartment with fantastic views of the beach. Many an enjoyable coffee was had watching Rio life from the tiny balcony. Apartment spacious and quiet.

The hotel is very centrally located, just a few blocks from the beach, which made it very convenient for getting around. The property was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. However, the customer service at the front desk definitely needs improvement. Every time I had to speak with the lobby staff, they did not seem willing or interested in helping. Their responses were often very short and dismissive, and I did not feel welcomed or supported when I needed assistance. I was also surprised that the hotel charges guests to store their luggage before check-in. I have stayed at many hotels and had never experienced being charged simply to leave my bags for a few hours before the room was ready.

The disappointment started when I asked about an early check in. The rudeness of the email I received was impressive. It was not helpful, not clear, the language was poor, and the tone was simply rude, to the point that I had to complain about it. The room itself felt like they were constantly trying to patch things up rather than properly maintain it. The toilet door was only half painted and showed clear signs of wear and tear. The same could be said for almost everything in the toilet. Near reception, by the lift, there was a socket hanging from the wall. Maybe they were planning to install a light there? I really don't know. The signs everywhere looked old and tired, and overall, I don't even have words for the condition of the place.

Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.
