Hotel staff was exceptionally brilliant helping us with taxi services, providing a good room and anything we needed help with, had great breakfast every day We had amazing time Mohammed was really help full and spoke good English and guided us with all our inquiries and kept our Luggage are check out and have us space to change before we went to airport It was really 5 star Service we had by all the hotel staff. We are really thankful 🙏

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

Everything was perfect, especially the reception manager. He is the best.

The hotel was lovely, clean and staff were very helpful. There was a delay checking in as our room wasn't ready but we were offered a free breakfast. We didn't eat there as we felt the food was very overpriced, there are many, many other more reasonably priced options.

The room was clean and staff was was excellent the spa was very good and pool was amazing however the fan in the toilet didn’t work and the bath sometime wouldn’t stop after closing but the hotel was amazing and worth comming back to

During our visit to the spa, my wife and i incidentally had the pleasure of meeting the spa manager. We would like to sincerely thank him for taking the time to personally introduce us the spa's advanced treatment technologies and innovative wellness equipment. He was exceptionally professional,welcoming, and attentive,making sure we selected the treatments that suited our needs and preferences best .He also kindly guide us through the spa boutique, helping us choose essential oils,soaps, creams, and massage oilsto take home with us.His genuine care and expertise made our experience truly memorable at Alie'e istanbul . Will come back again for sure .
