His customer service is on another level, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making guests comfortable. He personally made sure we had rooms next to each other and was always ready to help. A few things to note: The waterfront balcony view is stunning, but there’s some street noise. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, so there’s no restaurant yet, but Zach mentioned it will be ready by mid-May. The front desk isn’t staffed 24/7, but a quick call gets immediate assistance. Would I return? Absolutely. This place exceeded my expectations, and thanks to Zach’s unmatched hospitality, it’s now my go-to in Juneau.
