9.2/10 Wonderful! (108 reviews)
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great work out room and hot tub. Walkable to a small grocery, restaurants and town center. Overall a good stay...
There is no continental breakfast served like many hotels do, you have to order off a small expensive menu although coffee was free for the asking at the bar. Not much sound proofing between floors, it was very loud and at late hours.
It may not matter to Gravity Haus but I was greeted by a gay/transgender flag at the check in desk for some reason which was puzzling as to why a business would choose to display this and not an American flag. Maybe this is who they cater too and I wasn't aware?

10/10 Exceptional! (17 reviews)
This is a beautiful resort in a quiet mountain setting. We were here during the summer so can't speak to what it is like for a ski vacation but from what we can see it looks conveniently located to the ski runs and there is a gondola that goes from the hotel to the ski resort. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view and I would have given it 5 stars if we could utilize the view full time. Unfortunately the room faced the check in/ drive up to the hotel and so unless you want every guest to see into your room as they drive up, you have to keep your curtains closed most of the time. That was disappointing but when we could keep the curtains open the view was amazing. Service is good and food is good - in room dining is available 24x7 which is a plus. There were a number of times we couldn't reach anyone in guest services or room service however (no one picked up) and so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that service was great and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the stargazing experience in the hotel's own observatory dome. There is an actual astronomer on staff. We will definitely come back and just pick a different room.

8/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
Room could have been cleaner. Light colored socks got pretty dirty from walking around the room. Hair was on the sink vanity and floor in the bathroom. Air conditioner was noisy. Great location to park entrance. Ice cream truck across the street was bonus. No continental breakfast.
