The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.

We had a great time staying at Villa Massis. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating and very warm and they took good care of us while we stayed there.

This was our second stay with Belizean Coves Estate, and it won't be our last. Service was (as always) impeccable along with the amenities. My grandchildren were in the pool and the staff (without asking) got floaties out for them to use. That's the kind of service you receive here.

Great stay! Pool was amazing, location was close to town but not in the middle of it. Food at the resort was mid. But everything else was top notch.

Ms Deborah and staff made us feel very welcome.Every morning we had a delicious homemade breakfast.The property was very clean safe.Anytime we had questions with recommendations on things to do we just asked and were very happy with the suggestions given to us. Next visit to Belize we will be definitely stay at The Ambassador’s Terrace

I can't say enough about the Sea Glass Inn and the Maloney's. We were met at arrival by Tom, one of the owners. He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. They set up transportation for us from the local airport, a car rental fo r our road trip, and even scheduled our excursions! They truly go above and beyond at the Sea Glass. The hotel itself is newly remodeled, clean and beautiful, with a lot of personal touches. To top it off, if you're a dog lover, this is your place. Piper, Rigatoni and Alfredo are perfect additions to the laid back Placencia vibe.

Staff was nice & helpful. Room was clean and spacious like a big studio. Looked Just like the pictures. Location was not bad, theres parking on the property so if you're driving i think its good. I walked to some places & took cabs. The spots to go out at night are much closer to this area vs. The hotels all the way down by the port. However this area is more so in the neighborhood. At night everyone is out running so it felt safe walking to nearby areas since its a quiet area.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The villa was beautiful and kept clean and up-to-date. Everything in the unit worked. The food was delicious albeit different from standard fair. The horseback riding tour was the best value for the money at the resort for things to do. The only thing I had trouble finding a chair that was comfortable the living room furniture was pretty, but very hard to sit on. While the food was delicious, the portion sizes for the prices were on the high side. The Seafood pasta did not come with any pasta and only a few pieces of seafood. A bottle of Heineken for $11 was the highest I have paid for one at any resort in Belize even on the Cayes.

Great staff. Location is nice for both to get to downtown or to Secret Beach Is new construction going on
