Apartment was clean and in a good location, staff was friendly and helpful

The apartment was clean, organized and comfortable. The water pressure was weak in the shower. The shower space was small. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was right in the river and close to restaurants and shops. The door to the 3rd floor apartment was tricky to lock and open. The stairs seemed a bit treacherous but maybe that’s fine for Europe. The views of the river were amazing.

No breakfast provided. Room is excellent but a little noisy.

Everything was great

From start to finish the Moon & Sun hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the warm welcome, the room, the breakfast, the bar staff, the cleanliness and the location was brilliant for us. A special thanks to Paulo who was so informative and knowledgeable. Cannot fault a single thing. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Cozy and beautiful place. Close to Luis Bridge. Close restaurants and tapas wine bars. Nice rooftop to enjoy the complementary wine. Staff, managers, servers, bartenders and front desk very helpful and willing to go xtra mile. I truly recommend it.
