Badian Island Pet-friendly Vacations

CR door was broken, I think, we cannot lock it. The flush button in the toilet bowl was broken also.

Surprisingly, in my opinion, the front desk area was a bit small. The entrance to the hotel was also a little difficult to find, especially if you're walking. It seems much easier to locate if you're driving. On a positive note, the hotel employees were very approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience more welcoming. Overall, we had a nice experience at the hotel.

This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use. Expected more for spa accommodation, especially for the price. Staff is always friendly. Hopefully upgrades will be done, especially for the price.

It clean,accomodating staff,lots of food choices,It has casino and near to SM Seaside.
