Pool hours are limited (pool opens late and closes early). Mature lady who works at front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Stay elsewhere.

The whole place is just super chilled. Loves it. So close to the airport, perfect for a short break. We were able to walk into Palma get a taxi back.

This hotel is genuinely amazing! 👏 The staff are kind, caring, helpful and extremely attentive!! Breakfast is great with lots of options and open until 1:30pm. We stayed in room 401 which was incredible - it was a corner room on the top floor with a HUGE balcony and very clean and easy to use hot tub. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Could not fault this place at all!!! 💫

I didn’t like the whole “check-in” process. They have a machine where you have to enter all your information, scan your passports, add addresses and other personal information which I think is a waste of time when I have already done my check-in online. Is a very time consuming and invasion of the privacy, especially when others are waiting.
