First of all when i booked the reservation said breakfast is included. When we arrived i had to pay additional 170€. Online the working hours for the pools and ameneties ade different than the ones when you arrive so it was basically useless for me and that was the main reason i booked the hotel. Cleaning was done once a day, however the only thing was new towels and the beds made (not even clean sheets, just tidy up). Pools in the spa area were always slimy and not very clean. Breakfast was the same every day with minimal changes, honestly not worth the money. The owerall expirience was decent, like any other 2 star hotel i think the advertisements are very missleading and not worth the price.
