Exceptional kindness and care I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Avenue Boutique Hotel. During a difficult moment in my stay, the staff showed exceptional kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. Their support went far beyond normal hospitality, including helping me arrange medical assistance and obtain the medication I needed. A special thank-you to Roberta, and also to Daniela and Leiliana, for the warmth, patience, and care they showed me. Their kindness made a lasting impression and meant a great deal to me. The hotel itself is lovely, but what I will remember most is the humanity of the people who work there. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team.

Brilliant views of the lakes from the balcony. Spacious room with Rituals products. The shuttle bus was quite convenient when we didn’t want to use the hired car (which we had good parking space for).
