Great trip! Hotel in a lovely location

Very comfortable and quiet room even though it was overlooking the pool area. Enormous comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and easy to control. Bathroom was excellent with walk in shower. Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

Beautiful finca

Everything was good overall, except for the fact that housekeeping or other staff would sometimes attempt to enter my room without knocking first. I found that inappropriate and would have appreciated more privacy and consideration. Other than that, I had a good experience.

The staff were very hardworking and attentive. The design of the room incorporates modern elements with the roots of the building beautifully. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Es Princep and will return someday. The beautifully-designed Es Princep is located within walking distance to all of the incredible sights of the old city of Palma. This is important to note as we discovered it was faster to walk (8-12 minutes) than wait 5 minutes for a taxi (8 Euros). We were consistently greeted and served by an excellent front-desk team. They helped us to: plan our sightseeing trips, get our car from the garage, obtain tickets to the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma (Gaudi’s modifications), and recommended excellent local restaurants. Additionally, the food and staff in their delicious breakfast buffet were top notch. As was the housekeeping staff who were all hardworking and friendly.

Needed a full service hotel for 4 (2 rooms) at the beach for a long weekend. This place was perfect. Lovely big pool area, amazing buffet (morning and night) - good sized rooms with big balconies. We had one facing the beach and one the 'city' view. Some silly processes with drinks (old school chits) vs modern POS systems, which seemed to stress staff out. Otherwise very nice and helpful vibe. Comfy beds and the welcome wine was decent enough. 10/10 value and convenience and an easy way to save time to enjoy the important things on a quick break! ps. 2 euro bus fare to the Catherdral was a winner, so was the 20 euro cab coming back!
