Appalachian Mountains Pet-friendly Vacations

This hotel did not live up to my expectations whatsoever. It does not live up to its price point. The location is great, very walkable. The shared spaces were very clean and present well. But that was about it. The room itself was a bit of a let down. The bed was an old spring mattress. I could feel and hear the springs the moment I sat down on the mattress. The gym is an afterthought. It’s basically a larger room with 3 treadmills, 1 bench, 5 sets of dumbbells going up to 35lbs. If you’re looking to get good workouts in during your stay this is not the place.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and beds were excellent!! Breakfast was great also. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel was excellent, with easy parking and walking to a park or restaurant. Breakfast was very good, though the bread selection was limited and muffins weren’t great. (Eggs WERE great!) The room was recently remodeled and very nice. The staff people were all helpful, even helping us when we needed to cut one day off our 6-day stay. I’d recommend this hotel.
