"Modern and clean, no coffee machine. Just outside of the main Gatlinburg thoroughfare but within walking distance to everything. Comfy queen beds and actual pillows with substance! "

"A little off the main strip but an amazing hotel for the money! Right on the trolley line also. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy, showers are hot, but AC wasn’t the best. The pool was under renovation but looks super nice. Staff was friendly. I would come again! Even saw some bears! I’d definitely stay here again "

"The building is very old and several things need maintenance. The commode did not flush well and the main door handle was broken but it did lock. The positive was the shower head and the hot water. Comfortable beds."

"Clean, quiet. Enjoyed the Dove soap in the bathroom. AC did not work very well but could have been operator-error. Never saw a staff person at the front desk."

"Amazing stay!!! Front desk personal we're perfect and helped along the way and we're very understanding. Only thing missing is iron and ironing board in rooms but the front desk to their credit did provide a iron at the least. It was greatly appreciated!"

"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
