Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzle karşıladılar. Otelin konumu çok iyi ve odaları gayet iyidi. İstanbul' da kalınabilecek iyi otellerden biri tavsiye ederim.

The location is brilliant less tham 1 km to the harbour, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The staff are so helpful especially Murat. The Terrace view is spectacular for breakfast or evening cocktails. Would highly recommend and the pool is great after a day of sight seeing.

excellent service and staff but wifi did not work in rooms and the fridge was not cold enough to keep food at proper food safety standards

The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Continent location Very helpful staff Attention to the details Amazing view

The hotel lobby is beautiful, unfortunately the rooms are another story. The rooms are in a very worn state. Carving in walls, the shower has mildew everywhere. The rooms are certainly not in the condition that are in the pictures.
