Denarau Island Kid friendly Vacations

I booked a tour through the hotel, which included transportation. We were driven to the tour site, located approximately one hour from our hotel. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the tour had been cancelled. The driver took us back to the hotel, but we were still charged for the transportation. The hotel should have informed us of the cancellation before we were taken all the way to the site, especially considering the distance involved. We raised the issue with the hotel manager, but unfortunately, our concerns were not properly addressed, and we were still charged for the transportation despite the tour never taking place. I believe the transportation charge should be refunded, as this situation could have been avoided entirely if the hotel had communicated the cancellation to us in advance.

Our stay at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Fiji. From the moment we arrived, the resort delivered an exceptional combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine Fijian hospitality that made our vacation both relaxing and memorable. The location is superb, situated on Island with beautiful views across the ocean and easy access to local attractions, shopping, and transportation. The resort grounds are immaculately maintained, featuring lush tropical gardens, stunning pools, and inviting beachfront areas that create a true paradise atmosphere. Whether enjoying a morning walk along the waterfront or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was breathtaking. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. Every restaurant we visited offered high-quality meals with excellent variety and presentation. Breakfast featured an impressive selection of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and local specialties. Lunch and dinner menus provided a great mix of international cuisine and Fijian-inspired flavors. The seafood was particularly fresh, and every meal felt like a special occasion. The resort's dining team consistently delivered excellent service and ensured a wonderful dining experience throughout our stay. The staff truly made this resort exceptional. We love this resort, this is our second time here we are going to book yearly. The staff have been there for many years, they remember you, the love your children and its a beautiful atmosphere.
