The staff members are what truly make this place exceptional; every single one of them was incredibly professional and friendly.
I didn't feel like just another guest, but rather more like a member of the family.
As for the accommodation, the room itself was spotlessly clean. It featured a great shower and came fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a bar of hand soap.
I must highlight that the pillows were very comfortable. While the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, it was still perfectly fine. As a light sleeper,
I would say that while the hotel claims the rooms are soundproof, you can still hear a bit of noise from the next room, as well as traffic if your room happens to face the road.
The breakfast was perfectly fine, though nothing out of the ordinary apart from the rather unexpected addition of spaghetti 🍝 at breakfast time!
A great perk, however, is the free shuttle service to the city centre, which they offer from 11:00 am onwards.
The rooftop is the absolute cherry 🍒 on top. The views are spectacular: the sunrise over the misty forest is unbeatable, and the sunset is equally magnificent.
