Value for money

The size, ambience, and facilities inside the room were compromised. I was promised and ocean view room while it was primarily looking at marshy plot, machines at work, and rooftops of in numerous buildings with a small peeping view of the sea. The view inside the room was bland white. I booked a large room, but that was very small. There was space to only keep one medium suitcase. The staff would endlessly keep ringing the doorbell for room cleaning until you open the door; they just won’t stop, to the extent that they try unlocking and checking the room, too. They charged for three people, including my nine year old son, but provided facilities for only 2–2 towels, 2 cups, 2 glasses, two water bottles, et cetera. They would provide you water to drink at a very fast service speed, if you’re paying for. But if you are asking for free water, until they come and deliver.

Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best.

We had a truly fantastic time at Little Riverside. The hotel is brilliantly situated for the town and a stroll along the river. The staff are excellent, they are always friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely little gem of a hotel.

We liked the layout of the interior of the hotel. We enjoyed the pool The breakfast was first rate and varied. The variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes left us full until dinner time. The coffee is great, as usual

Breakfast: found baked beans and bacon but not fried eggs or fresh Milk. otherwise perfect.

Rooms were luxurious and loads of space. Reception was extremely helpful with things to do restaurants recommendations. The porters were attentive and swept the luggage up before we got to the stairs entering the hotel. 2 minutes from the beach. Pool in the hotel has some great views.
