Bernese Oberland Kid friendly Vacations

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel. It was beautiful! We used the pool, sauna, and steam room. We had an amazing view from our balcony, and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the cogwheel and gondola. It was right on the Main Street, but was very quiet at night. The staff was very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was very good

Great and comfortable room, breakfast it not that good, but acceptable.

+ Renovated and cozy alpine style rooms with modern bathrooms + Decent location: 15 min walk from Gstaad promenade and 10 min walk from Wispile gondola + Very good breakfast: extensive buffet with many local products (cheeses, honey, jams, charcuterie) + Very good restaurant on-site: equipped with a proper wood-fired pizza oven, the restaurant delivers delicious meals + Private spa: 1 hour private session at the spa (sauna, steam, cold showers) can be booked the day of + Outdoor Biopool available: (I have not used it due to relatively cloudy/rainy weather during my stay) + Free mountain / eBikes available to pick up from store across the hotel (I have not used it) + Plenty of free parking available in front of the hotel - Small fitness salon: there is one machine that can be used for multiple compound moves; however, there is no proper instruction manual provided (hotel should print this and leave it in the gym area) - Ineffective hair dryer: the small hair dryers in the rooms definitely need to be upgraded (at a minimum to the one that is provided at the spa)
